Rules and Regulations
- Students are to being their hand book diary, which should be produced on demand by the principal or any teacher. For the entries made in the column intended for parents in the handbook, student should obtain the parents acknowledgement by signature.
- Pupils must be in their classroom by the first bell at 8:05 a.m. those who arrived earlier must maintain perfect silence in order to set the tone for Serious and efficient work. At the first bell ,on the days when there in school assembly, all should march to the assembly ground. On other days they should be in their classrooms getting ready for the first period.
- English is the only language permitted in the school campus for all interactions; formal, informal and chats. This is applicable in the school buses also.
- Any an available moments on the the verandah (to the laboratory , auditorium activity room playgrounds etc.) during class hours have to be in silence. This is to avoid disturbance to neighbouring classes.
- No student shall leave the school permission during school hours without Principal’s permission He /She shall not be sent home without the written request by the parents /guardian in the Prescribed from in the handbook and unless a duly authorised person comes to escort him/her.
- Attendance at all official School functions including HRD orientation talks ,Sports day ,School Annual Day etc is mandatory.
- A student absent from the class due to illness or some unforeseen, circumstances should explain the reason for absence in the Leave Records in the school diary signature by his/ her parents/ guardian and meet the principal before entering the class. For any other reason prior sanction must be obtained for leave. Absence without the prior permission of the principal from test papers, examinations and activities which are part of the school-based assignment and evolution will be considered a serious breach of school disciplines.
- Every students has to participate in at least two of the co- curricular activities offered in the school.
- Students are not permitted to purchase anything from shops outside during school hours. This is to ensure the security of our children and also to prevent them from buying drug-packet food items. Anything that they might reasonably need can be out from the canteen and the store run by the school.
- No student shall contact or be contacted over phone or in person without prior permission of the principal.
- Students of one class are not permitted to enter other classroom without due permission.
- The school premises classrooms should always be kept neat and clean. Students should see that no damage is done to school property including plants and trees in the campus. Scrambling on wall and furniture is strictly prohibited.
- Playing in classrooms corridors is strictly prohibited.
- The school is not responsible for the loss of textbooks, notebooks ,tiffin, boxes clothes ,money, ornaments etc. Name and class of the students should be marked on all their belongings.
- Students are not to be brings gold ornaments and other valuable to school and any exchange of artificial for money transactions between students is strictly forbidden.
- Wearing school uniform, observance of morning silence and obtaining parents signature on teachers and principals remarks for on the absence record in the school diary are obligatory.
- Discourtesy towards any member of the staff or any act which affects the discipline and tone of the school will be seriously viewed and in extreme cases they are sufficient reason for dismissal from school. Immortality grave insubordination contempt for authority wilful damage to school property, malpractice in examination etc, are sufficient reasons for immediate dismissal.
- Mobile phones are strictly banned in the school campus. Unauthorised materials (books, newspaper, periodicals, CDS cameras etc.) Should not be brought to school.
- Management reserves the right to amend and alter the Rules and Regulations at par with tamely requirements.
